Nolvadex, also known by its generic name tamoxifen, is a medication primarily prescribed for the treatment and prevention of breast cancer. It belongs to a class of drugs called selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs). Nolvadex works by binding to estrogen receptors in the body, thereby blocking the effects of estrogen, which is particularly relevant in the context of breast cancer, as some breast cancers are estrogen-receptor positive and respond to estrogen.
In bodybuilding and fitness communities, Nolvadex is sometimes used due to its potential role in managing estrogen-related side effects associated with anabolic steroid use. The most common side effect Tamoxifen is used for is gynecomastia.
Estrogen Control: Anabolic steroid use can lead to increased levels of estrogen in the body, which may result in side effects such as gynecomastia (the development of breast tissue in males) and water retention. First! Just kidding but this product is legit. My gyno went down quite a bit and was way more unsightly prior to use. My joints, specifically knees, were somewhat uncomfortable which is to be expected with this compound due to estrogen decreasing in the body. Overall, it’s pretty good and the shipping was quick too.
